Find out how to change the video thumbnail on your campaigns.

1. Open the Designer for any campaign you want to change

2. Hover over the video you want to change and click on the image icon in the top right

1. Choose to select a different frame from the video or upload a custom thumbnail

1. Hit save and it’s done. Your changes are global across all uses of the same video, so any other campaign using the same video will also have the new thumbnail.

You can also change thumbnails directly in the video library by opening any video and following the same steps from there.
